With 20 years of experience, Dr. Vayner is skilled in delivering a wide range of optometric services. He is trained in the treatment and management of eye disease. He has special interest in dry eye disease diagnosis and management specializing in punctal occlusion therapy.
Dr. Vayner obtained his bachelor degree in psychology from Brooklyn College before going to earn a Doctor of Optometry degree from SUNY College of Optometry.
Dr. Elena Feldman
Optometrist
Dr. Elena Feldman is a caring and compassionate optometrist providing high quality care at Mega Vision Center for 20 years.

He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. Dr. Kapelnik is passionate about helping his patients achieve optimal eye health and vision through comprehensive eye exams, advanced diagnostic testing, and personalized treatment plans.
Dr. Kapelnik is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in optometry and regularly attends continuing education courses and seminars. He also enjoys volunteering his time and expertise to provide eye care services to underserved communities in the borough of Queens.
